Defeating Spawner Buildings in Tower Rush
If you fail to address these buildings quickly, the sheer volume of continuous troops will create an unstoppable tidal wave of infinite pressure.
Playing against a Spawner deck feels incredibly suffocating; you are constantly forced to react to small annoyances, preventing you from ever building your own offensive push.
Heavy Spell Removal
When cast directly on a Goblin Hut, the Poison severely damages the building itself while instantly killing the next three waves of goblins that attempt to spawn.
The Fireball and Earthquake spells are also highly effective, especially if the opponent makes the mistake of placing two Spawner buildings close to each other.
- It is the ultimate hard-counter to the SimCity playstyle.
- Track their building cycle.
- If they have two huts active, the incoming pressure will overwhelm any standard defense.
Piercing the Waves
Units that possess piercing attacks or massive, rolling area-of-effect damage are absolute necessities against the infinite wave.
By perfectly positioning the Magic Archer on your side of the river, you can shoot through the incoming wave of spawned troops to hit the Spawner building behind them.
| Counter Unit | Execution |
|---|---|
| Linear AoE | Place directly in front of the Princess tower in the affected lane; acts as a permanent wall against cheap ground troops |
| The Flying Machine | Fly it across the river safely out of range of ground defenders to snipe the hut directly from the air |
Playing Aggressively
If you sit back and try to defend every single goblin individually, you will slowly lose the game to chip damage.
Tear down their buildings, and victory is yours.
